Product Differentiation
Sun Hydraulics' screw-in hydraulic cartridge valves feature a unique, two piece, floating construction. This design allows working parts in the cartridge to freely move in relation to the fixed position of the cartridge in its cavity, thus producing a high level of performance and a high degree of reliability. Sun Hydraulics manufactures one of the most comprehensive ranges of standard screw-in hydraulic cartridge valves and manifolds in the world, and also develops and manufactures custom manifolds.

Where commercial machinery is not available for specific manufacturing or assembly operations, Sun Hydraulics often designs and builds its own machinery to perform these tasks.
